»Basic movement with various synchronisation modes like for inst. DCF77, MSF 60, serial control, audio-frequency time code or self-setting MOBALine«
Microprocessor technology for autonomous clocks and self-setting slave clocks for display of hours, minutes and seconds with adjustable hand behaviour.
Modular movement of the latest technology for the display of hours and minutes or hours, minutes and seconds. For illuminated and non-illuminated clocks up to 80 cm with transparent and non-transparent dials. All types with central nut fixing.
Autonomous operation with DCF 77 or MSF 60 radio signal movement (cascading of up to 4 movements possible).
In slave clock operation controlled by
- serial ASCII time telegram RS 422 over standard telegram IF 482,
- MOBALine, incl. power supply,
- audio-frequency time code (IRIG-B, AFNOR or DCF-FSK).
- Behaviour of the second hand selectable by means of a DIP switch.
Autonomous, self-setting radio movement (basic)

for hour, minute and second display.
Operation voltage 230 V/50 Hz.
- BU 190 with short shaft for nontransparent dials,
- BU 190t with long shaft for transparent dials.
- Synchronisation by DCF 77-radio signal, MSF 60- (Rugby) radio signal (selectable over DIP-switch) or serial ASCII time telegram (Definition IF 482) over RS 422.
- DCF 77 radio control with automatic time take-over and daylight saving time changeover by means of a connected radio time signal receiver DCF 450 (Option).
- Different running modes of the second hand (190 S/190t S), selectable by means of a DIP-switch.
- Middle-European time zones MET-1, MET and MET+1 selectable by DIPswitch.
- Immediate resetting to the correct time after mains failure of up to 12 hours, thanks to an internal real-time-clock.
- Internal stand-by reserve (no battery) during > 5 minutes in case of mains failures.
- Signalisation of missing or interrupted DCF time code reception after a period of one week by setting the hands to 12 o’clock position.
- Control of up to 3 slave movements BU190 230 in cascade over cable COM 192(Option).
- Operation voltage 230 V/50 Hz.
Options:
- DCF 77-radio receiver DCF 450 for self-setting radio movements of the type range BU 190.
- Cascade cable COM 192 with plugs (cable length 1 m) for connection of further BU 190 movements.
